Geske Home Improvement Patio Door Giveaway: Official Rules

1. Sponsor. Geske Home Improvement Co., 317 N Hwy 59, Marshall, MN 56258, 507-532-2811 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of Minnesota and South Dakota who are 18 or older at the time of entry and who own a home located in the Eligible Area. "Eligible Area" means the following counties: in Minnesota, Chippewa, Cottonwood, Kandiyohi, Lac qui Parle, Lincoln, Lyon, Murray, Nobles, Pipestone, Redwood, Renville, Rock, Swift and Yellow Medicine; in South Dakota, Brookings, Deuel and Moody. The prize must be installed at the entrant's home in the Eligible Area. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and members of their households are not eligible.

3. Promotion Period. The giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on November 6, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on November 24, 2026. Sponsor's computer is the official clock.

4. How to Enter. Complete the entry form at geskehomeimprovement.com/giveaway, including all required fields, and agree to these Official Rules. Limit one (1) entry per person. Additional entries from the same person will be void. Requesting a consultation is optional and has no effect on the chance of winning. Entries that are incomplete, false, or submitted by automated means will be disqualified.

5. Drawing. On or about November 25, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor's decisions are final.

6. Winner Notification. Sponsor will contact the potential winner by phone and email within two (2) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and (where lawful) a publicity release, and to provide an IRS Form W-9, within ten (10) days of notification. If a potential winner does not respond, cannot be verified as eligible, or does not return the required documents in time, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn.

7. Prize. One (1) Infinity by Marvin fiberglass patio door, including standard professional installation by Sponsor's crew at the winner's home in the Eligible Area. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): up to $6,400. Sponsor will measure the opening and specify the door. The prize covers replacement of one existing patio door in its existing opening; it does not include new or enlarged openings or structural changes. If existing conditions (such as rot, structural damage or code requirements) call for additional work, Sponsor will explain it to the winner, and any additional work is at the winner's option and expense. The winner may choose upgrades beyond the prize at their own expense. If the actual retail value of the door installed is less than $6,400, the difference will not be awarded. Installation will be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time, subject to manufacturing lead times, and must be completed within twelve (12) months of the winner being notified. The prize includes the manufacturer's warranty and Sponsor's standard installation warranty. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Existing customers. If the winner has a signed contract with Sponsor for windows or doors that has not been installed as of the drawing date, the winner may choose to receive the prize as a credit of up to $6,400 toward that contract instead.

8. Taxes. The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize awarded.

9. General Conditions. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond Sponsor's control affects its integrity, and in that case may select the winner from eligible entries received before the action. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries or for technical failures of any kind.

10. Release. By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its employees from liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize, except as provided in the manufacturer's warranty and Sponsor's standard installation warranty, and except where prohibited by law.

11. Publicity. Except where prohibited, the winner agrees that Sponsor may use the winner's name, city, and photos or video of the installed prize for promotional purposes without further compensation.

12. Privacy. Information collected is used to run this giveaway. If an entrant requests a consultation or opts in to offers, Sponsor may also contact them about its products and services. Sponsor does not sell entrant information.

13. Not Sponsored by Meta or Marvin. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Facebook or Instagram. Entrants release Meta from any liability related to the giveaway. Marvin is not a sponsor of this giveaway. Infinity by Marvin is a trademark of Marvin.

14. Governing Law. These rules are governed by Minnesota law. Any dispute will be resolved in the state courts located in Lyon County, Minnesota.
